Djeco So Pop
Djeco So Pop is more than just an extraordinary craft kit for little ones, though it is certainly that. To us, the huge appeal of the Djeco So Pop kit is how it engages both sides of the brain to create art worth framing. The spiral-bound wordless instruction booklet leads your child step-by-step through the process. Your little ones will be challenged to match the appropriate number of pieces and place them correctly to finish the picture.
Djeco So Pop is a terrific kit to reinforce fine-motor skills, visual discernment, counting, and logical sequencing. The result? Eclectic art that is both hip and retro and is suitable for hanging in the playroom or at the office. Djeco So Pop comes with four large, beautifully-illustrated, quirky images on very thick cardstock and chunky, colorful, pre-cut cardboard pieces with lots of fun textured accessories. Djeco So Pop also includes a glue stick and a detailed, illustrated, step-by-step instruction book, all packaged into a sturdy gift box. For ages four and older.
Manufacturer Age Recommendation: 3-6 years

”What I really like about Djeco art kits is that they give you a little booklet that shows where to put each piece on the boards. It shows you through pictures so if your child doesn’t read yet it’s not a problem. Easy for a young kid to follow and great for the parent because you don’t have to read a lengthy instruction book. ”Read the Review
My 4yo really enjoyed making each of these pictures. He loved following the directions and pulling out the glue and attaching the stickers.
My kids (2 and 4) enjoyed using a glue stick and putting the pictures together. My 2 year old required assistance, but my 4 year old could easily and quickly (a little more quickly than I had hoped) complete a picture following the visual directions. The pictures are quirky for sure, but I wouldn’t call them beautiful. Thankfully, their strangeness deter my kids from wanting to complete the pictures.
4 projects for $20 is steep in my book, BUT it is a fairly plug and play project. If your kid is old enough they could follow the picture instructions by themselves.
Easy for my 4 year to do own her own. She enjoys it.
My daughter loved these! She was so proud of them she gave each finished picture to a friend for Christmas. Very easy to do and everything is included. The only negative for us, being on a budget, is the price (per project is $4.50!).
