Wanted: Product Photographers

You know those catalog photos where the background looks AI-generated and the kids could be plastic cutouts? We want the opposite.

We're looking for a handful of homeschool families to photograph our products—in your actual homeschool environment, with your actual kids, looking like actual life.

Here's how it works: We send you products. You photograph them. If we approve the photos, you get paid $100 per product—and you keep the product either way.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have a good eye for photography (phone cameras are fine!)
• Can get bright, clean shots with natural lighting
• Are comfortable with light creative direction and meeting deadlines
• Are willing to sign a model release if people appear in photos

What you get as a Timberdoodle Pro Photographer:

• We'll email you a list of products suited to your family—you pick which ones you'd like us to send you to photograph
• $100 per product if we buy your photos (minimum 5 photos per product)
• +$50 bonus for a 10+ second video clip
• Keep the product, whether or not we use your photos

We'd rather work with families who already love what we do than hire a studio. You know what it looks like when a Timberdoodle product actually gets used—we want to capture that.

The application includes a short photography exercise—3 sample shots—so we can see your style. Have your phone or camera handy.

Applications close this weekend. We'll notify everyone early next week once we've reviewed everything and made the hard choices.

We want our photography to represent the full range of homeschool life—different ages, family sizes, homeschool styles, and learning needs. If that's you, we especially want to hear from you.
