All About Reading
All About Reading teaches reading one phonics concept at a time in about 20 minutes a day, and its hardcover readers only use words your child has already been taught. It's the reading program in our curriculum kits from Pre-K through 2nd grade: Pre-Reading in Pre-K, Level 1 in kindergarten, Level 2 in 1st grade and Level 3 in 2nd.
Level 4 finishes the program at about a 3rd grade reading level. It's built on the Orton-Gillingham approach and keeps sight words to a small handful, since about 97% of English words can be sounded out.
