Natural World Workshop
Our price: $16.99
Using highly pigmented, yet easy-to-work-with gouache paint, Natural World Workshop by Djeco is a step above the traditional children's paint-by-numbers sets. Each of the four large prints is already partly illustrated, the more difficult parts of each scene already colored in. Following the full-color picture instruction book, young artists are clearly shown how to complete these original pictures of nature. By applying the bright, opaque paints to the correct numbers, your child will create beautiful pictures of animals, birds, and sea creatures all in their natural habitat. Natural World Workshop makes an enjoyable activity for children who love art and nature!
Natural World Workshop comes with four code-printed boards, eight colorful opaque paints, and a brush to complete the masterpieces.

The set came with 4 pictures, our whole family chose 1 and we have a new gallery in our office. Everyone enjoyed the projects. We are big fans of Djeco art.
My daughter really enjoyed this art kit. It comes with pictures which are partially colored, and the child paints the uncolored spaces to complete the pictures. The instructions are easy for the child to follow and work independently.
We lose this set pretty consistently. So, we'll go weeks without touching it. When my daughter does do it, though, she enjoys it pretty well. It's ok IMO. My daughter likes painting and likes the bright colored paints that comes with the set.
I love art that my child can do alone and that produces something that is beautiful. My daughter LOVES to paint and this was a great kit to help her do that and learn patience and precision.
My 7 year old son was proud of himself when he finished each painting of his Natural World Workshop. Each picture depicts a beautiful nature scene. I like that the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. My son doesn't love painting, so he did start to rush toward the end. I would recommend this product for someone who has a child that would be overwhelmed with more painting or if s/he had to draw the picture him/herself. It is worth the money, because it makes for very nice birthday cards for others. We used this as a summer activity.
