We both loved this book! I have a doodler and he absolutely loved doing this!
My son loves this style and remembers the definitions. He has a hard time with the traditional style. He is going to 6th grade and building his vocabulary is really important.
My soon to be 5th grader hates schoolwork. Anything I buy better be fun for him otherwise it's wasted. He likes this one!
My daughter has apraxia and hearing loss. It has led to a real challenge in polysyllabic word usage and retaining a larger vocabulary. She struggles with every other vocabulary program I have tried. We have been using this for a few weeks now and she is already retaining so much more than she ever has. I think this will be a helpful tool. The drawing visuals seem to make a huge difference for her. It is really cementing the word into memory.
This is such a fun way to learn some new vocabulary!
