Kumon Let's Cut Paper
Learning to safely use a pair of scissors universally seems to bring extraordinary joy to young children. In Kumon’s three-book Let's Cut Paper series, your child will learn how to hold and control scissors. He will proceed from the simple one-stroke cuts of a dog’s whiskers to the more complicated curved humps on a camel’s back and the zig-zagged lines of a king’s crown. Many pages offer helpful tips for the parents and all are sturdy enough to manage, but not so thick as to be difficult to cut.

I was on the fence for this book but it was totally worth it. You should definitely get this if you struggle with how to practice cutting skills in a controlled manner. It's like a mini "art Project" on each page.
My son loves doing them, it never feels like a chore to get through them. He doesn't even realize that hes learning
Toddler can cut really easy on these. Great!!
This is a fun creative way to teach scissor skills. Kiddos would do the whole book if they could.
My 3 year-old son began using scissors in practical life applications a few months before we purchased the preschool kit. We tried these cutting workbooks the first week and discovered that he wasn't quite ready for them. After six weeks, of cutting open numerous packages and snipping a few dozen paper strips into bits, he was ready to try again. He is very proud to be working through these engaging, colorful, cutting activities!
