One of the first strategy games to teach children is tic-tac-toe. It is exciting to see their delight when they finally "get it," but it doesn't take long until they experience the disappointment of too many games that end in a draw. Now Gobblet Gobblers incorporates the ease of tic-tac-toe with a twist that virtually eliminates stalemates. In Gobblet Gobblers, you can move any of your pieces that are already in play, add a new piece, or gobble up an opponent's piece.
Perfect for multi-age gatherings, Gobblet Gobblers' will test your father's secret strategy, while training your children for even more complex games. Award-winning Gobblet Gobblers comes with one DIY playing grid and 12 game pieces that have plenty of personality.

So much fun! This is just what we needed my daughter loves tic-tac-toe but we always end with a tie. This fixes that and allows her to win more often. Make sure you remember who has gobbled who or you might give the win to your opponent. Hands down mine and my kids favorite Timberdoodle purchase ever.
My six year old daughter has played this game non-stop! There is so much more strategy than normal tic-tac-toe. She can now beat me!
When I first got these out I thought I paid for tic tac toe. Oh no. I mean it is tic tac toe, but so much better. My son regularly beats me as he is really good as setting traps. We love it!
We love this game and it’s certainly a nice game to use in our homeschool curriculum. We are so glad Timberdoodle added games that in love multiplayers this year. It has helped our little one work on taking her turn and strategy amongst other skills. This game is simple and straight forward that it plays quickly while still maintaining learning components. It is a good quality game with sturdy pieces and fun design for the littlest of learners.
