Getty and Dubay Italic Handwriting
Getty-Dubay Italic Handwriting uses simple italic letters that are the same shapes your child will later join for cursive, so there's no second alphabet to learn. Our kindergarten kit uses Italic Handwriting Book A, which gives each letter its own page with plenty of room to practice.
The books continue through Book G for 6th grade, and Write Now is the same method in one book for adults who want better handwriting.
Parents tell us that the Getty-Dubay Italic approach helped with letter reversals, and they like that similar letters are practiced together.
