”I think this is an excellent book in so many ways for children of various ages, but especially for children who are approaching that late elementary stage because it's a great book for kids to read on their own, or for you to read during morning time.”Watch the Review
Got it for my 12 year old, but my 7 year old grabbed it and looked through it first! It has some great tips for surviving in the wilderness. Great for kids who love adventure! Easy to read and understand with plenty of photos.
We all loved this book! We ended up reading it as a family. We own some of Bear Grylls books and so far they have all been excellent! So glad we bought this.
Just introduced this to our studies this week. With everything going on in the world right now, I decided to pull this out and show my kids instead of waiting until next year. They love learning about survival stuff and it makes them feel much more secure in these uncertain times.
My 7th grader loved this book so much that he already finished it!
I was a little skeptical using a TV stars book as a learning tool, but when we got it and opened it up, I changed my mind. My 12 year old son enjoys reading it and it has practical and useful knowledge!
