”Activities are brightly colored, organized, and sequenced in small sections that are perfect for young minds. Preschoolers aren’t designed to sit still and do written work, and with this book they aren’t expected to.”Read the Review

I really like this book and the other books I have from the Critical Thinking Co. This book is HUGE! Lots and lots of pages and I really like how repetitive it is (at least in the beginning) to reinforce concepts. We don't work on this daily or even weekly but just have available so they decide when they want to do "activity books". We purchased separate small stickers and so when a page is completed they can put a sticker on the page so that we know it was completed. They enjoy that.
I m not a fan of this book, some activities are confusing... My kid doesn’t like it. I m glad that you have included Evan Moor in the Thinking Skills curricula for next years :)
This is so easy to use with littles. No crying or fighting back. They love it.
I was skeptical about workbooks at the preschool level, but these are very gentle and conversational, requiring very little written work. I appreciate that they are spiral in nature, revisiting concepts again and again in a few different ways. I also like that the Mathematical Reasoning workbook, uses a similar format, and progresses at the same pace.
That being said, my son is almost 3.5 years-old. These workbooks are perfect for him now, but I don't think they would be a great fit for a very young preschooler.
My 4 year old loves this book, it’s her favorite workbook!
