She was so excited when she found out there were glasses and she gets to see something I can't ;-) Great book; we're really enjoying it!
This is a great book as a supplement or activity book but in my opinion doesn’t stand on its own as a Science unit. It has some interesting activities and TONS of information but my kids didn’t love it like I thought they would. The decoder section was a big hit though.
I thought we would use Dr. Bonyfide Presents Bones more than we actually did, and I still hope to find time for it. This is a fun way to learn bones. It just so happens learning bones ended up being lower on our priority list than we managed to get to. The book itself is funny, the graphics are very cool and kid friendly, it's only 20 bucks, and we look forward to a time when we can maybe get back into these.
It is fun and interactive. I really like the x-ray glasses and the jokes are funny. -Remi age 8
This book is a very fun way to learn the bones! Especially since it can be so tedious.
