Why is the print catalog temporarily unavailable?
As we adapt to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, our catalog availability continues to evolve. Early on, we tried to manage catalog requests remotely, but that has proved to be inefficient for getting catalogs to families in a timely fashion. As of July, we are pausing the option to request a free print catalog via USPS mail. We are happy to include a free catalog with any order, and you can add it to your cart here. We expect/hope to have a free catalog request option available again once we can take steps towards a more normal operation, probably in late fall. In the meantime, we encourage you to utilize our PDF catalog, which you can find here. Thank you for your patience as we strive to ensure our employees' safety while continuing to improve our service.
