How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?

We have a $7.95 shipping option for orders of any size shipping to the lower 48 United States!
Shipping elsewhere or need it faster? Other options are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product?

We will gladly accept returns for 30 days after your order ships. If you need to make a return, just follow these five easy steps.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service as soon as possible so that we can quickly resolve this for you. You can call us at 800-478-0672 or drop us an email at customerservice@timberdoodle.com.

What is your return policy?

Your order has been thoroughly inspected and carefully packed, and we hope your family is delighted with our unique products. However, being realists we know that occasionally returns have to be made.

Due to high order volume, we have had to revise our return policy. We will gladly accept returns for 30 days after your order has shipped. If you need to make a return, just follow these five easy steps.

Cancelling an Order
Due to nonrefundable fees charged to us when processing payments, there will be a cancellation fee for cancelling your order. Cancellation fees reflect the nonrefundable fees we are charged and are 3% of the order total. If you simply need to update your order, please let us know ASAP and we will do what we can to help avoid those cancellation fees. Please note that orders cannot be canceled or revised once they are in our warehouse for packing and shipping.

 

When will my order ship?

Due to high order volume, orders are currently shipping within 3-5 weeks. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information once your order is ready to ship.
