Timberdoodle Review Week Official Rules

Promotion period: Tuesday, September 15, 2026 through Monday, September 21, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

Timberdoodle Co., 1510 E. Spencer Lake Rd., Shelton, WA 98584, USA.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Timberdoodle Co. and their immediate families and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion begins Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Entries received outside that window are void. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

(a) By writing a review. Submit a product review at timberdoodle.com during the promotion period. Each approved review is one entry, up to a maximum of five entries per household. Reviews must be approved under Sponsor's normal review standards, described in paragraph 8, to count as entries.

(b) Free alternate method of entry. No purchase or review is required. To enter without purchasing, hand-print your full name, address, daytime telephone number and email address on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Review Week AMOE, Timberdoodle Co., 1510 E. Spencer Lake Rd., Shelton, WA 98584. Each mailed card is one entry, limit five per household, and must be postmarked by September 21, 2026 and received by September 28, 2026. Mailed entries receive the same chance of winning as review entries.

5. Prize

One (1) Timberdoodle gift certificate with a face value of four hundred US dollars ($400.00). Approximate retail value: $400.00. Total value of all prizes: $400.00. The prize is not transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is offered, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The gift certificate is redeemable at timberdoodle.com and is subject to the terms printed on it.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Tuesday, September 22, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with the entry within three business days of the drawing and must respond within seven days. An unclaimed or undeliverable prize may be awarded to an alternate winner drawn at random.

7. Taxes

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. The prize value is below the threshold requiring an IRS Form 1099-MISC, but the winner remains responsible for reporting as required by law.

8. Reviews Are Judged on Substance, Never on Sentiment

Sponsor moderates reviews before publication. A review is approved when it contains the reviewer's genuine experience with the product in enough detail to help another family decide. A review may be declined when it is off-topic, abusive, unintelligible, plainly not about the product, or so brief or vague that it conveys nothing a shopper could use.

A review is never declined, and an entry is never withheld, because the opinion is negative or the rating is low. Critical reviews earn points and entries on exactly the same terms as favorable ones. Sponsor does not request, require or reward a particular rating or sentiment.

9. Disclosure

Reviews submitted during this promotion are written in exchange for loyalty points and a sweepstakes entry. Sponsor discloses that material connection in the email inviting customers to take part, in these rules, and anywhere else the promotion is announced. Reviews are published on the same product pages as all other reviews and are not separately labeled.

10. Loyalty Points

During the promotion period, approved reviews earn double the standard Doodle Dollars award: 80 points instead of 40, or 120 points where the review includes a photograph, up to twenty (20) approved reviews per household. Points are awarded after a review is approved and are subject to the Timberdoodle rewards program terms. Customers whose accounts are excluded from earning loyalty points do not earn points for reviews, but remain fully eligible to enter and win the prize described in paragraph 5.

11. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or automated entries, or acts in a manner that Sponsor reasonably determines to be unfair to other entrants. Sponsor may modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if it cannot be run as planned.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the promotion and is handled under Timberdoodle's privacy policy at timberdoodle.com/privacy-policy. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing email.

13. Winner's Name

For the name of the winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Review Week Winner, Timberdoodle Co., 1510 E. Spencer Lake Rd., Shelton, WA 98584, to be received by October 31, 2026.
