The Short Version

When you shop with us, you're agreeing to pay for what you order, and we're agreeing to do our best to get it to you. If something's wrong, we'll make it right. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If we ever have a serious dispute, we'll handle it in Washington State. That's the gist.

Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse service, decline orders, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion, for any reason, at any time. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll issue a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and method selected at checkout. Once your order leaves our facility, the risk of loss transfers to you, though we'll do our best to help resolve any shipping issues.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us. Our current return policy is available on our website and may be updated from time to time. In general, unused items in original condition can be returned within a reasonable timeframe for a refund or exchange. Some items may have specific return restrictions, which will be noted on the product page.
