Can You Find Me Kindergarten
Experts agree that riddles boost children’s intelligence by exposing them to critical thinking and problem-solving. Riddles can also improve creativity and are an excellent warm-up exercise for your kindergartner's brain. Can You Find Me will give your child ample opportunities to think and reason, with 100 mind-building riddles that introduce critical thinking and systematic analysis. To solve each colorful rhyming riddle, your child may need to identify similarities and differences, recognize sequences, classify objects, or interpret analogies. These are concepts found in most state and national standards.
Can You Find Me challenges require understanding two or more clues to deduce the answer. No pencilwork is necessary, as your child can either point to a picture or answer verbally. Can You Find Me covers reading readiness, science, math, and social studies and includes answers and a chart of skills developed in each activity.

Can You Find Me? is a great critical thinking activity book. It helps teach young kids to practice deduction, memory and reason. Each page has a new challenge with pictures and a riddle. My son has been able to learn the process of elimination as we work through each clue. He is genuinely challenged by the riddles, yet still very much enjoys them.
These are good puzzles, however, they are involved words problems, so felt like I was handholding to walk him through these. I feel it would be better for a later grade when he can read and work through the problem on his own.
We enjoyed this book and it surprised me how many times my son just knew the answer right away, it made me have a new appreciation for his critical thinking skills when most of the time he likes to goof off, it helped show another side of him!
We used Can You Find Me for Kindergarten for my 5-year-old and he loved it. There were certainly some challenging parts to it, which was good for his growth and thinking skills. The art is cute and I appreciate that the book is in color. We used this book a couple times a week for the school year, which worked well for us. I would recommend this book to others.
We have really enjoyed this book and it has helped our little one tackle answering critical thinking questions she might not encounter in other books. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is some of the problems are just a little too wordy for a beginner reader so this item can not be done independently in our home.
