Djeco So Pop

Djeco So Pop is more than just an extraordinary craft kit for little ones, though it is certainly that. To us, the huge appeal of the Djeco So Pop kit is how it engages both sides of the brain to create art worth framing. The spiral-bound wordless instruction booklet leads your child step-by-step through the process. Your little ones will be challenged to match the appropriate number of pieces and place them correctly to finish the picture.
Djeco So Pop is a terrific kit to reinforce fine-motor skills, visual discernment, counting, and logical sequencing. The result? Eclectic art that is both hip and retro and is suitable for hanging in the playroom or at the office. Djeco So Pop comes with four large, beautifully-illustrated, quirky images on very thick cardstock and chunky, colorful, pre-cut cardboard pieces with lots of fun textured accessories. Djeco So Pop also includes a glue stick and a detailed, illustrated, step-by-step instruction book, all packaged into a sturdy gift box. For ages four and older.
Manufacturer Age Recommendation: 3-6 years

”What I really like about Djeco art kits is that they give you a little booklet that shows where to put each piece on the boards. It shows you through pictures so if your child doesn’t read yet it’s not a problem. Easy for a young kid to follow and great for the parent because you don’t have to read a lengthy instruction book. ”Read the Review
This art set was complete with everything needed to complete little masterpieces. As some reviewers stated the pictures are "creepy", they weren't my cup of tea either due to the style of art, but they seemed in line with my son's imagination and allowed him to follow instructions to replicate a little piece of art. He loves putting LEGO sets together with the instructions so he followed the placement guide easily. Each piece turned out so nice that we gifted them to friends and family.
The one thing from our PreK kit I wish we didn’t get. The pictures are creepy and my son is not interested. It’s more girly then he would like which isn’t too bad because I get thatthese need to cater to all genders but it just wasn’t for him. He didn’t like it or want to do it and I dreaded having to deal with all the tiny pieces and helping him to figure out what everything was and how it should go. Didnt promote much creativity in my option. Each kit seems to have 1 or 2 things that are just a waste of money and space and in this kit, this is the 1.
My son loves these art projects because they are fun, cute and turn out perfectly every time. This is a great project for building confidence in young art students!
This was a big hit. Wish there were more in each box!
I have a son entering 4K this year and we are homeschooling. I have a degree in art. We haven't used this product yet, but I love the aesthetic quality of the designs. I also love how they chose to provide the child with instructions that don't require the ability to read. My son is already a perfectionist and is unsure about completing tasks unless I specifically direct him on what to do. So having a project that shows him how and where to do each part is much appreciated!
