Thinking Skills
Every Timberdoodle curriculum kit from preschool through 12th grade has thinking skills built in, mixing workbooks with hands-on logic puzzles. The core workbook series is Building Thinking Skills from The Critical Thinking Co, which starts with Beginning 1 in preschool and runs through the two Book 3 volumes in 8th and 9th grade.
Each kit adds a logic game or two, like Little Red Riding Hood in kindergarten or Titanic in 4th grade, and the older kits move into reasoning about arguments with The Fallacy Detective in 6th and Practical Critical Thinking in 10th. For a lighter workbook in grades 1 through 6, try Evan-Moor's Critical And Creative books.
