First Sticker Book: Jobs
Many children are so self-focused that it never occurs to them to wonder what happens when mom or dad walks out the front door. Other children may have a keen insight into a singular job, firefighter, for instance, and be oblivious to the many other professions swirling around them. First Sticker Book - Jobs will give your child awareness of a variety of vocations.
First Sticker Book - Jobs covers professions as diverse as farming, the medical profession, retail sales, and more. The text is sparse and the stickers plentiful, perfect for this age group. First Sticker Book - Jobs shows people of different races and genders in all types of jobs. Consider this a social studies textbook for four- to six-year-olds.
There are scenes including a fire station, hospital, school, and zoo that come to life with sticker people. Your child can see the amazing array of jobs people do every day. There are over 160 stickers of police officers, shop assistants, dentists, paramedics, lifeguards, porters, mechanics, and more, and lots to talk about in each scene.

We’re big fans of usborne, especially the sticker books. This one does not disappoint! My daughter enjoys putting all the stickers in just the right places. It’s a hit!
My 4 year old son loved this sticker book and learning about new jobs! We paired it with the Melissa and Doug Around Town Seek and Find Sticker Pad to have lots of additional scenes to complete and color, jobs to discuss, and stories to image and tell. My 2 year old loves watching and listening and flipping back through The books (admittedly to pull off the stickers lol)
This is a cute little sticker book. I just wish it was longer.
My 4 year old loves it and my 2 year old wanted in on the fun so we got him one as well. It is a great way to teach the various careers in a way that highlights that wherever we are there is someone hard at work behind the scenes. He liked to use his imagination to come up with different stories and situations for the people presented. Very fun.
This is not just a simple busy sticker book. It was engaging and a favourite of ours. I wish there was two.
