Math-U-See 1-Year Essential Plan Subscription Access
Math-U-See teaches every level with hands-on materials and step-by-step video instruction. The Essentials Plan Subscription is how your family gets the video side online: a 12-month subscription to access the instructional videos and teacher resources for the levels your students are working through. The manipulatives, workbooks, and other physical materials are purchased separately.
Each subscription comes with two course credits and up to five student seats. A course credit adds a level's online resources to your library, which gives you the video lessons along with the teaching notes and answers for that level. With five student seats, you can set up an account for each of your children and assign any course in your library to as many of them as you need, which works well for families teaching several students at once.
One of the strengths of this plan is its flexibility. Your students are not locked into a single level. If a student finishes a level early or needs to go back and review an earlier one, you can swap a course credit to a different level right from your dashboard, up to once every 30 days. Because the plan includes two credits, a family with two students in different levels can often cover both with one subscription. When a student is ready to move up, you simply purchase the physical materials for the next level and swap the credit. As long as your subscription is active, there is no new subscription to buy to keep going.
Everything lives in one dashboard. The Library tab shows the levels and resources on your account, and lets you add levels whenever you have a credit available. The Students tab is where you create student accounts, assign their courses, and keep an eye on their progress.
Your year of access begins when you redeem your code, not when you buy it, so there is no rush to activate. Wait until your student is actually ready to start. Your code and instructions will arrive on an access card (thick cardstock, approx. 8" x 10") which will be shipped to you. This card and code are non-replaceable, so please keep it safe. You will need internet access to use the videos and resources, and your account details and student progress stay saved even after the subscription expires, so nothing is lost if you take a break before renewing.
