miniLUK Set B
Our price: $71.50
The miniLUK Brain Training series is similar to the bambinoLUK but is designed for an older child. Its controller board has twelve tiles in a high-quality plastic case with a transparent lid. These tiles are numbered from "1" to "12" and the activities are much more challenging. When children finish each exercise, they can check to see if the unique symmetric pattern on the back of the controller matches the one on the page.
Please note: You will need the controller board to be able to use these books.

If you buy MiniLuk set A, you definitely should get set B also. My daughter is flying through the books, and I'm glad we have enough to last through the school year. One puzzle takes about a minute or two, but once your child masters them they will want to go back and do their favorites. I like the variety, and, as an added bonus, our three year old puts it back together for us and is learning her numbers.
This is by far the one curriculum item we have that keeps my first grader completely absorbed and engaged in the work for the entire time she's doing it. As a parent of a busy toddler, I love that MiniLUKs are self-correcting, so I can focus my energies elsewhere for a bit of the school day. My kiddo usually works through an entire book at a time because she loves it so much.
I would definitely get these to go along with the miniLuk set. Expands the fun, time, and possibilities.
My 9yr old saw how much my 6yr old loved her set A, and asked if he could us the miniLUK too. It has been a great way for him to work on critical thinking without having to write.
My daughter really likes these. She likes how she can do it independently and also check her answers.
