Jungle String Art Pictures
How ideal, a fun art project for Pre-K students that also benefits them developmentally! Jungle String Art Pictures hones in on the small finger muscles that your child will need more and more as the demands of writing increase. Jungle String Art Pictures allows your child to refine his lacing and sewing skills by using yarn to connect the dots of the comical jungle animals. Plus, threading reinforces the spatial concepts of “over” and “under” and increases concentration skills by requiring your child to hold his attention on the task at hand.
Finish the pictures off with glittery foam stickers and watch your child beam. Jungle String Art Pictures includes four sturdy lacing boards, plenty of yarn, glitter stickers, two plastic lacing needles, and instructions.

”My daughter has done various lacing and stringing activities in the past, but none have had the end purpose of a piece of finished artwork, so we found that to be a fun motivator.”Read the Review

”I appreciate the fact the Jungle Friends String Art boards are so sturdy. They easily withstood all the enthusiastic tugging of yarn through the holes. The holes didn’t tear or pucker in anyway and the boards didn’t crease or bend."Read the Review
We are a very creative family and this craft was a little too simple for my 6 & 4 year old.
My 4yo only completed one of these and it was a struuuuuggggle. I ended up doing most of it. It was our first attempt at any type of "stitching" project. I guess it's just safe to say that stitching is not for him.
This is great to develop fine motor skills. Difficult for my two year old, he needs help. My three year old has a little easier time. It is a great fun way to practice, although this is not one of my children's favorite activity.
Fun way for my twins to do get an art project in. Also a great way to introduce sewing!
I have been sewing since I was a little girl and I have always looked for some way to share that passion with my daughter. I was so pleased to see this in our curriculum kit this year. It is so perfect for little hands and doesn't take a lot of sewing knowledge to figure out, plus they can get creative with the colors or style of the picture. It was so much FUN for the both of us!!!
