TeenCoder Game Programming with C# Online Course
Isn’t it time your high-school student learned C# programming language, Microsoft's cutting-edge technology? TeenCoder Windows Complete is a two-semester self-studying computer programming course written by experienced software engineers who are also homeschool parents. They know how crazy-busy homeschooling can be, so TeenCoder Windows Series' self-study curriculum requires no parental expertise!
In the first semester, your teen will learn to create graphical Windows applications using software development tools; creating graphical screens, finding and fixing errors in programs, learning object-oriented design, file input and output, and more!
The second semester of TeenCoder Windows Complete pairs the 'C#' programming language with Microsoft's XNA Game Studio to provide a modern, easy-to-use game-creation framework. Your teen will learn how to write their own Windows games from scratch while covering topics like game design; game engines and loops; understanding screen locations; drawing images; handling keyboard, mouse, and game pad input; animation; music and sound effects; artificial intelligence; and more!
Using industry-standard languages, the engaging, hands-on TeenCoder Windows Series' programming activities will require no additional software purchases. This edition of the course is entirely web-based, and includes a 12-month subscription to the course.
