Around the World Mazes
Around the World Mazes
What child doesn’t love the challenge of mazes? With Around the World Mazes, your child will travel easily through the busy streets of Venice, journey across the world with increasingly difficult mazes, and then he will reach the most difficult maze of all, a circuit through a small African city.
These colorful mazes allow him the opportunity to practice basic pencil control in an enjoyable, exciting way. And because mazes are naturally absorbing, they help your child acquire the ability to reason, interpret, understand, and concentrate, some of the bedrock essentials for later academics.
Because each culture sets its own standards in terms of modesty, conservative families may want to add a touch of white-out to a page or two.
From the Publisher:
Travel from the Amazon and the Antarctic to the Himalayas and Hollywood with this entertaining selection of mazes from across the globe. Each maze is more challenging than the last, from taking a ramble in Rio de Janeiro to touring the Norwegian fjiords or finding your way in a Moroccan market. All the answers are at the back of the book.

”In this amazing book, Around the World Mazes, there are so many different places to go through while having the enjoyment of mazes. The best part is that this book is filled with hours of places to talk about.”Read the Review
So much fun for kids of all ages!
great fine motor and critical thinking
I really love this maze book! Conversation starter on different parts of the world and not so simple he figures it out right away. Definitely makes him think and work for it but not too difficult to be disheartening. My little guy is 5
I'm giving this 5 stars because I like the book. However, I agree with other reviewers that it is perhaps a bit challenging for some Kindergartners-- particularly the younger ones. The mazes get progressively more difficult, and now that we're nearing the end, I've put this book aside for a bit. It was getting to the point where my husband and I were being challenged by mazes while our son mostly lost interest. I will pick it back up once I think he is ready to complete.
We are doing an around the world theme and this book is beautifully made, so much to talk about throughout each of the mazes. We add in math questions, we play I spy, same or different. There's so much you can do other than mazes.
