Air Toobz Evo

Air Toobz Evo is an open-ended, air-powered STEM building set that lets your child design his own network of tubes, switch on the fan, and send colorful foam balls zooming, floating, climbing, and flying through his creation.

Six clear 12-inch tubes, six orange corner tubes, a T-tube, flexible funnel, and easy-fit connectors give him plenty of ways to experiment. Will the ball make it up that steep climb? What happens if he adds another turn? Can he split the route—or build something that launches the ball right out the top? Because the tubes are transparent, he gets a front-row view of every success, slowdown, and spectacular miscalculation.

And all that experimentation sneaks in a surprising amount of STEM. Changing the height, direction, airflow, or route introduces your child to air pressure, force, gravity, velocity, and cause-and-effect without anyone needing to announce that it's time for a physics lesson. When something doesn't work, he changes the design and tries again. That's engineering at its most kid-friendly.

Air Toobz Evo upgrades the original Air Toobz with a smaller, redesigned fan unit and dramatically faster charging while keeping the same powerful adjustable airflow. A full recharge takes about 50 minutes, compared with up to two hours for the original Air Toobz. That's a very welcome improvement when your child has another design in mind and 50 minutes already feels like forever. The rechargeable fan is cordless while in use and automatically shuts off after 15 minutes.

Already own Air Toobz? Good news: nothing becomes obsolete. Evo is fully backward-compatible with original Air Toobz tubes, connectors, balls, and accessories, including the Whirlwind Accessory Pack and Mega Run Distance Kit. Mix old and new pieces together and see just how elaborate that air-powered creation can become.

Younger children can enjoy loading balls, adjusting the airflow, and watching where they go, while older children can tackle longer routes, branches, climbs, and increasingly elaborate experiments. Along the way, they're building spatial reasoning, visual tracking, problem-solving, and fine-motor skills—but from their perspective, they're mostly trying to figure out just how far they can make that foam ball fly.
