Unexpected gut wrenching facts

Beware of the age suggestion of the book and maturity of child being given this literature to read, especially if unsupervised. I’ve counted three drawings of skeletons, and one particularly disturbing drawing of a man whose eye is out of its socket. There are more than a handful of bodily fluid drawings that include poop and blood. The facts are interesting and if you have a mature reader this is what could be considered a useful book, however I believe it to be a tad on the entertaining side, rather than a manual.

Very Fun Adventure Book

Our daughter loved this book. She enjoyed sharing the ideas and facts the book had in it and she even did a few camping adventures in our back yard with her sisters. She would tell them about the book and they would do things based on what they learned. It was rather fun to see from a parents perspective especially when some children are on screens so much. This book got her interested in the outdoors.
