We are enjoying this curriculum so far with my 5th and 7th grade students. Quick and easy lessons that hold their interest.

I loved doing this with my kids. They were able to see how their choices affected their budgets. Each lesson they spin a wheel to see if a wrench is thrown into their budget (like a car breaks down and they have to spend more) or something fun happens (like they receive a bonus at work). My daughter learned the importance of saving. There is also a weekly lesson on a money principle. Excellent program.

I recently ordered this for my son and he is loving it. He wants to do this one before other subjects. We will probably get through it pretty quickly because it's the first thing he picks up every day.

    My Kids' Favorite Subject!

    Melissa H.

All three of my kids (12, 11, 9) have told me that this is the most valuable thing they are learning this year. Sometimes we sit and discuss the concepts for over an hour because they are so engaged. It's a wonderful tool to start discussing and understanding finance concepts!

    Fun exercises to stretch thinking

    Jill W.

Learning about finance isn't exactly exciting but this book gives lots of fun scenarios and activities to stretch creativity: coming up with ideas, planning, thinking about budgets a costs. It's a really fun book that creates engagement. It touches on investing and earning, but also the importance of generosity, the government national debt, etc.

    Eye opening

    Brittany F.

My 6th grader loves to collect certain cards, and spends anything and everything he can. Starting this course is helping him to understand the value and importance of making wise financial choices, even at 11 years old.
