How to Use Your Bébé
- When your child is young, start by modeling simple caregiving routines such as rocking, carrying, patting, covering with a blanket, or pretending the baby is sleeping. Children often begin imitating these routines naturally through repeated play.
- As your toddler becomes more independent, allow him to take the lead. Diaper changes, stroller rides, bath time, pretend feedings, and everyday routines all create opportunities for imaginative play.
- Because pretend play often works best through repetition, many families find that regularly revisiting familiar routines helps children expand their play naturally over time.
- Remember that doll play rarely looks exactly how adults expect. Sometimes, careful nurturing turns into carrying the baby upside down across the room—and that is part of the process, too.
There is a tab sewn onto the doll's back so it can be hung up to dry when bathtime or water playtime is over. Its 12-inch size fits perfectly in your child's small arms and is ideal for hugging and cuddling.The doll's head and limbs are made of soft vinyl that is lightly scented with vanilla, a Corolle signature. We have 2 different dolls now and the kids do play with them often. I also bought one for a nieces son. They smell good, are well made and a good size. I keep them in the school room and all 3 of our kids get them out, now ages 3-8.

She is LOVING this baby!

This is not my 20-month-old's first baby doll, but her excitement for this one is way more than any other. She is loving this baby. He has hands; she has hands too! So does Auntie (me). So do her cousins! So much excitement! The clothing comes off easily, and while not pictured here, our order included a little flannel diaper for him to wear too. He is filled with some sort of granular filling that gives such a nice huggable feel and allows the baby doll to be able to sit. Our doll has frog print clothing and came with a frog toy, rather than the whale print and toy pictured. But if I had been given a choice, I would have chosen the frog anyway.

My almost 2 year old loves her baby doll! It’s just the right size for her age. She can cradle the baby very easily and I love that you can get him wet. And one of my favorite things is the vanilla smell!

I was super excited for this baby doll. We wanted to get a baby doll for my child since he'll have a baby brother in December. Its the perfect thing to introduce him to a baby. He points at the dolls facial features when we ask "where's the..." He like to stick the baby's thumb in his mouth too. This doll has a delightful smell and is perfect for us.

Haven't used a lot yet but seems to be a great little doll. Perfect size, and I'm pleased that the hat is removable but has been designed to stay on really well.
