Earth Tones Junior Rainbow Pebbles
New and improved, everything about Junior Rainbow Pebbles Activity Set reflects the sensibilities of 2020. The pebbles are made from eco-friendly rice stems and hulls and come in lovely, muted shades of blue, green, brown, red, and purple. The eight large, double-sided, laminated activity cards expound on this tranquil theme with pictures of autumn leaves and seashore activities.

Junior Rainbow Pebbles Activity Set makes math accessible to toddlers as young as 18 months. Making math understandable is vital because research indicates that early math skills are a better predictor of academic success than early reading skills. Junior Rainbow Pebbles Activity Set is an outstanding early mathematics manipulative.

Perfect for developing fine motor skills and creative design, Junior Rainbow Pebbles Activity Set includes 36 pebbles in 3 shapes and six colors, with eight double-sided laminated activity cards.

”This compact set takes up far less storage space than an equivalent number of standard wooden puzzles. And, unlike standard puzzles, your Junior Rainbow Pebble designs can still be completed, even if your kids lose a pebble or two.”

    Very good quality

My daughter is just starting to get old enough to play with this, but I love the different levels of card. I love the muted natural colors, and the cards are laminated so they should stand up well to use. So cool that the "rocks" are made of rice hulls.

    Fun set for toddlers

My little one really likes these. He is getting the hang of placing the right shapes in the spaces, and the colors and pictures are soothing. He also likes stacking the "rocks" to make towers which is helping him figure out how to balance things with rounded edges.

    River Rock Fun Anytime

My 2.5 year old daughter was maybe a bit old for this gift, but she loves playing with rocks, so enjoyed the set. The feel and shapes are similar smoothed river stones, and the pictures are fun to match or add to to create a unique design.

    Free Play Fun

My son is a bit too young to put the rocks on the pictures, but he loves to free play with them. He builds some amazing shapes and structures with them and it has been fun watching him figure things out. It won't be long now and he will start making the pictures that came with the kit. It is going to be so much fun watching him grow with this kit.

My kids and grandkids love it

These pattern pages are more forgiving and take up far less space than an equivalent number of standard wooden puzzles. Plus, if kids lose or misplace a pebble or two, it won't render the whole set worthless. There are enough supplies that several children can do this activity at one time. It develops fine motor skills and teaches color and shape matching as well. Though the set is designed for ages 18-months and up, my older kids enjoyed playing alongside their younger siblings and nieces and nephews.
