Editor-in-Chief® Levels 1–3 help students move beyond learning grammar rules and into applying them. Through engaging editing activities, students strengthen their understanding of grammar, punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and usage by correcting mistakes within realistic passages rather than completing isolated exercises.

Each lesson places students in the role of editor. As they work through stories, articles, letters, and other passages, they identify errors, make corrections directly in the text, and apply the rules they've learned in meaningful contexts. This practical approach helps students develop stronger proofreading habits and greater attention to detail.

The series progresses gradually through the levels.
