It walks your student through each of the 32 lessons with clear explanations, worksheets, hands-on activities, and tests—plus answer keys for every assignment. It even includes a “game plan” for every lesson so students know exactly what to do and in what order. You get to hand it over and watch him learn—minimal hand-holding required.

Topics covered include the whole lineup: atomic theory, quantum mechanics, bonding, chemical reactions, stoichiometry, gas laws—you name it. Everything a traditional high school chemistry course would teach, only more understandable. Games, card decks, and clever analogies reinforce the lessons without boring anyone to sleep. And if your kid rolls his eyes at anything with “fun” in the name? No problem. Worksheets cover the same ground without the play.
