Finally a version for little kids!

We are currently going through this book with our 7 year old son. He looks forward to reading it and we have very good discussions after the reading. I love how the book is laid out with an age appropriate story, summary of what the story meant, and review questions in the back of the book with scripture verses to look up. This is truly a kids version of Pilgrim's Progress - nothing in here is inappropriate for the small children unlike most other versions for kids I have seen. We cannot recommend this book enough!

Fantastic Retelling

My son loved reading Little Pilgrim's Big Journey. I have never read the original so I can not comment on how well it stays true to the original, however it is very well told. The pictures are beautiful and there is a good balance of text to illustration. I love that there are a variety of skin tones and races represented. My curriculum called for another version of a children's retelling of Pilgrim Progress that my son did not like. He loved this one. The follow up questions are a helpful addition. I highly recommend.
