My son was super excited to see the Metal Earth Aircraft Kit arrive with his 8th grade kit. We ordered early, so it was all I could do to keep him from starting right then and there. He made it to the beginning of the school year! It is a great hands-on creative activity that is "different" than traditional art and is a great addition to the STEM block. It can be tricky at times during the construction, but if the student is careful and thinks through each step, it is an enjoyable project to work on!
