The Peeka Mirror gives your baby something he naturally loves to explore—his own reflection—while surrounding it with engaging sensory play. Textured silicone handles invite little hands to grasp, sliding beads encourage reaching and movement, and the shatter-resistant mirror keeps babies happily engaged during tummy time and beyond.
The mirror lies flat on the floor or stands upright on its built-in support, making it equally useful for tummy time, seated play, or travel. Measuring approximately 6 × 9 inches, it's easy to tuck into a diaper bag for visits to grandparents, doctor's appointments, or time away from home.
As your baby reaches for the beads, grasps the textured handles, and tracks his reflection, he's practicing visual tracking, reaching, grasping, and the cross-body movements that support later motor development. This mirror is great - It stands on its own, it has a great reflective surface and does not distort baby's face when they look in it. We just bought a replacement for new baby because apparently the chews are delightful not just to our toddler but also to the dogs when he threw it over their pen.

Best baby mirror I've seen

So as a first time mom, I was inundated with people saying I need a baby mirror and sending me links and pictures of what must have been every baby mirror on the market. Just when I was about to build a pyre of baby mirrors and set fire to it in frustration I saw this delightful little looking glass. It's a decent size and covered in a toxin free silicone that helps butterfingers like me from shattering it straight out of the box. Seriously, I've dropped this mirror about half a dozen times now and it's still intact. It's got 6 little texture balls that you can bat back and forth, two different textured handles that are slip proof for little hands and the mirror can convert into an easel that you can prop up or hang off of a hook so you can get just the right angle or height for your baby to play with. Best baby mirror!

We’ve had this mirror for 6 months, and my now 1 year old daughter still loves it. It’s fun to play together (looking in the mirror so we see each other or ourselves) and for independent play. It is not a soft mirror, so it cannot be bent and messes up like other playmat mirrors we had. The protective plastic film was very difficult to get off.m, which was good to protect the mirror from scratches.

Lots of textures that are engaging for little hands

My son is 5 months old, I have been pleased with this mirror, it is easy for him to hold and keeps his attention, it has been a great tool for practicing hand eye coordination and talking about emotions with faces I make in the mirror while holding him so he can see both our faces. I like that it has the option to stand on its own so he can play with it while sitting in his high chair. It’s well made and the mirror is the best quality I’ve seen for none shatter mirrors. This has been a lot of fun to have.
