Photography 4 Teens
Most teenagers love to shoot and share photos and have a powerful motivation to learn how to make their photos even better. Specifically designed for teens, Photography 4 Teens’ interactive, creative modules help students develop those necessary skills.
This course teaches students essential photography basics, such as lighting, framing, exposure, composition, and story, which is ideal for novice photographers. They will also become familiarized with several genres of photography and then be given assignments to shoot some of these genres. Other topics include inspiration, preparation, interaction with your subjects, editing your photos, and making money by taking pictures.
Broken down into 12 modules, Photography 4 Teens includes a Lesson, an Assignment, and a Workshop in most of these. Lessons feature an array of photography professionals discussing concepts and methods. Designed to help the students apply what they have learned, each hands-on Assignment is crucial for completing the course. The Workshops consist of four teens who have finished the assignments and presented their photos for review.
Your teen can complete Photography 4 Teens using any smartphone; no fancy camera is needed. However, there is bonus content for anyone with an advanced camera system who wants to understand more about using it. Whether your teen aspires to learn more about photography for a career or a hobby, Photography 4 Teens is a great place to start. You both will be amazed at the photographs your student creates!
