Friendship is a beautiful thing, but when playtime results in chaos, someone needs to tidy up. The animals on the farm have made a mess of things, so the Smart Farmer’s goal is to put away each animal into his own pasture. However, the farmer has only three fences to divide his field into separate meadows for the horses, cows, sheep, and pigs. Please don’t forget, each meadow will need its own source of water. With 60 different challenges, Smart Farmer teaches spatial insight, planning, concentration, problem-solving, and flexible thinking.

”I think Timberdoodle is spot on with including this in Kindergarten with the average 5 or 6-year-old being able to complete the challenges, possibly for years to come.”Read the Review

I got this as part of a kindergarten curriculum for my 4 year old. She really enjoys it. Her older siblings have taken their turns playing with it too- they are 8&9. I like having it as a fun one player game.
I love this game for my 5 year old. It's great for building his thinking, problem solving and spatial skills. Also it's a helpful tool to motivate him to get work done that he's not as interested in- since he's always begging me to play smart farmer.
Smart Games is not only good for my four year old, her nieces and nephew love to play it too!
I originally took this out of my custom kit and came back to purchase because of rave reviews on the Timberdoodle FB page, and we looooove it!!! It’s challenging but doable—a just right challenge—and so fun. A nice way to start the school day! Also, love that it can be an independent activity or done as a team problem-solving activity. I am impressed with the quality of the pieces too. Everyone I’ve recommended this to also loves it, both kids AND adults.
This game is wonderful. The rules are simple but the challenges progressively get more difficult. Smart farmer keeps my daughter entertained for quite a while when I bring it out. I highly recommend this product!
