Thinkwell Calculus

Thinkwell Calculus provides a comprehensive high school calculus course through video instruction, interactive practice, and built-in assessment tools. Taught by award-winning professor Edward Burger, the course helps teens develop a strong understanding of calculus concepts while building the mathematical foundation needed for advanced STEM studies.

More than 275 video lessons guide teens through concepts typically covered in both Calculus I and Calculus II. Through clear explanations and step-by-step instruction, teens learn to apply calculus concepts, develop mathematical reasoning skills, and build confidence working with advanced mathematics.

Interactive practice exercises provide immediate feedback, allowing teens to identify mistakes, strengthen understanding, and build mastery as they progress through the course. Automatically graded exercises, quizzes, chapter tests, practice tests, a midterm exam, and a final exam provide regular assessment throughout the year.

The course includes a 38-week lesson plan, illustrated notes, sample problems with worked solutions, progress-tracking tools, and automatic grading, all supporting both independent learning and parent oversight. Parents can monitor performance without additional grading or record-keeping.
