This art book is huge!

This watercolor art book is huge! We liked how the first activity had the lines already drawn for you. The instructions were easy to follow are were very detailed. We didn’t tape down the canvas like it recommended so it did wrinkle slightly from the water, but it didn’t effect the final image. Overall, my ten year old daughter loved it.

I have one kid that likes to watercolor and is very good and one that is a beginner. This works for both kids. The one that enjoys water coloring has refined her skills and the beginning is learning quickly. This comes with everything you need which I love!

My 6 & 8 year olds love this set. Nicely packaged for storing and contains everything you need. The booklet is a nice intro to using watercolors. Everything seems to be of high quality. My 6 year old also appreciated that the first couple pages of the paper pad had a template to get him started. Also appreciated the varied media between the paints and the watercolor pencils.

There are some amazing online DOMESTIKA app watercolor classes that you can get super creative with if you want to have a moving visual instruction with new contemporary formats. We are so impressed and surprised as new homeschoolers to the diversity of learning formats and tools. As parents from a traditional public and private school system, we are learning so much with our 5th and 7th grader.
