Fun way to learn about the bones in the body

Dr. Bonyfide book 3

My kids all love these books.

Dr. Bonyfide book 2

My kids love all of these books.

Great addition to our science library

Our sons have both been raised with science as their father is an agronomist and farmer and their mama is a massage therapist, yoga teacher and birth Doula. They've been exposed to all sorts of anatomy, physiology, biology, botany, herbalism, chemistry, physics and more, but what a fun way to bring it to their level. Our youngest 5th grader got so excited for this book as he's fascinated by the sciences.

Where were these books when I was a kid?

I really LOVE these books. What a fabulous way to learn about the skeletal system; this topic is tough as it is! As an artist and a parent of a child with autism (visual learner), I am delighted to see so many graphics and illustrations. She loves graphic novels, and this will make a potentially boring subject so much more interesting. My whole goal of homeschooling is to inspire a DESIRE to learn, something the public school system has failed to cultivate. Products like these make me actually excited to teach my kids. Also another trivial and perhaps silly observation...but I love the velvety texture of the cover! It's a nice touch. Quality product.
