A Must Have
Tasha G.
We got this book to help my daughter with counting money and it did just that with no fussing or crying involved. The high quality images make it fun and easy to translate into the real world. She is now counting money like a pro. I only gave it 4 stars because it does tend to give the student the answers to quit a few of the problems, I wish it was a little more about them figuring it out and less about getting the answers.

Kumon My Book of Money Dollars & Cents

I bought this for a seven year old and she did excellent! It wasn't her favourite thing to do as first since it was all new, but she got the hang of it. The pages are colored, the directions are easy to follow. I would recommend this.

Kumon makes great books!

While this book ended up being a little too easy for my daughter, I really do like the way that Kumon sets up their books. They are always well illustrated and easy to use.

Dollars and Cents

Now, this book makes sense! This is really a great workbook to introduce the money system to your child. It introduces them to all the different coins and the dollar bill, and teaches your child how the bills and change work together. This would be a great precursor to receiving an allowance. As a plus, it will really hone their basic math skills in a fin enjoyable way!

My 4 and 7 year old both love the Kumon workbooks!
Amber E.
I have two children, a 7 year old girl & a 4 year old boy. They both love the Kumon workbooks. I have to stop by 4 year from trying to finish an entire book in 1 evening. He loves the cutting books best and especially loves receiving this certificate at the end. The books for my 7 year old are very good too. We have enjoyed the money series along with the crafts. We enjoy going through the books together. My 7 year old enjoys helping her younger brother complete books she has already completed. The books also use a very nice paper and are bright and colorful.
