This is a great workbook for getting in geography. It is quick, basic, has great pictures, and has great questions that really make you think. My child's only complaint with this workbook (we have used it each year for 4 or 5 years now) is that she always wants to go a little deeper with the locations and learn more so we do that on our own.

Lots of learning in short lessons

When geography was added to our curriculum a few years ago our daughter dreaded another workbook. She quickly came to love geography days. She is now old enough she can do her lessons in this book on her own. I enjoy it so much we usually still do it together. She even likes to work ahead in this book. I love that everything is contained to one book. It's a subject that she doesn't mind doing in the car on field trip days or when we go camping. Well worth the $9.99 !
