Wrap-Ups States & Capitals
Your children can use Wrap-Ups in the car, at the beach, or the doctor's office, or even during a home school meeting; the possibilities are endless! Because of the portability of Wrap-Ups, they can be practiced anywhere. Wrap-Ups are excellent for drill-work. Challenge your children to complete a board in less than a minute before they start the next board. Each set of Wrap-Ups contains 10 self-correcting joined-at-the-top boards (about 1 1/2” x 5”) with a colorful, attached string. The string wraps around from the problem on the left to the answer on the right. If the answers are correct, the string will cover the lines on the back of the board. This is a wonderful tool for visual and kinesthetic children, and if you encourage them to say the problems aloud, it is equally marvelous for the auditory child. Because it is self-correcting, your children will have immediate feedback for checking accuracy.
CHOKING HAZARD - Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.
My kids enjoyed wrap ups for learning math facts, so I was excited to see this one for states and capitals. It has been a great way to help them memorize states and capitals. They like that they can work fairly independently on it since it's self correcting.
These were a bit confusing for my kiddos, so they prefer not to use them!
Have your children checked out the video on our website on how to use the Wrap-ups? It might help clear up any confusion on how to use them! Here is the link:https://youtu.be/VEDFRMM2aqA
We hope this helps! :)

This is a fun way for kids (or adults) to practice their state capitals. The only difficulty comes if you get one or two wrong, figuring out which one is off and correcting it, since you can't easily undo a single strand in the middle to fix it; you pretty much need to redo it from the wrong point. Still, it's an interesting method to practice facts you want to remember.
This is great for learning state capitals and state abbreviations. However, my kids have a hard time holding these and wrapping them properly.
I love these wraps ups because they include state capitals as well as the state abbreviations! My daughter has been practicing this with me.
