A Reason for Handwriting - Transition

Making the move from print to cursive doesn't have to be tricky. With Level T, your child gets a smooth, confidence-building transition that starts with reviewing manuscript and gently introduces cursive when the time is right.

The full-color workbook begins with a solid review of manuscript letter formation and includes weekly print lessons to reinforce neatness and fluency. When your child's ready, the workbook rolls into cursive with plenty of guided practice and engaging Scripture-based writing. All told, Level T includes 10 manuscript review lessons, 16 weekly manuscript lessons, 45 cursive practice lessons, and 9 weekly cursive lessons—plus 28 decorative Border Sheets for final projects.

Each week centers around a Bible verse. Early in the week, your child practices letters and words pulled from the verse. Midweek, he writes the entire verse on plain paper to refine his form. At the end of the week, he copies the entire verse onto a colorful Border Sheet in his best handwriting, then decorates it to create a piece worth sharing.
