A Reason for Handwriting C - Grade 3

Time to give cursive writing a meaningful twist! A Reason for Handwriting Level C kicks off with 27 step-by-step lessons introducing basic cursive strokes, shapes, and smooth connectors. Once your child has the hang of it, the book launches into 32 weekly lessons built around inspiring Scripture from the New Testament Epistles.

Here’s how it flows each week:

1. Days 1–3
   Your child practices words and phrases from the week’s verse.
2. Day 4
   He copies the full verse onto a practice sheet—no rush, just steady growth.
3. Day 5
   It’s showtime: he chooses a full-color Scripture Border Sheet from the back of the book and writes the verse in his very best handwriting. And can he add some personal flair by coloring it in? Absolutely!

Each lesson takes just 10–15 minutes a day and ties handwriting practice to uplifting Scripture. These finished Border Sheets aren’t just writing exercises—they’re frame-worthy encouragement.
