Strap on your life vest—it's rescue time! Titanic challenges players to guide passengers to safety by carefully moving lifeboats through a maze of waves and obstacles.
Each puzzle begins with a specific setup of passengers, lifeboats, and ocean waves. The goal is to transport everyone safely, but each lifeboat has limited capacity, and once it's full, it can not move and blocks access to the additional passengers. Planning the right route becomes increasingly important as the challenges grow more complex.
The unique game board adds an extra layer of strategy with wave pieces of varying heights that affect movement and create ever-changing pathways through the water. What looks simple at first quickly becomes a satisfying exercise in logic, planning, spatial reasoning, and flexible thinking.
With 48 challenges ranging from beginner to advanced, Titanic offers plenty of opportunities to test different solutions, rethink strategies, and enjoy those rewarding "I figured it out!" moments.

How to Use Titanic
- Choose a challenge and set up the passengers, lifeboats, and waves exactly as shown in the challenge booklet. Study the layout before making your first move. Each lifeboat has a limited capacity, so deciding who to rescue and when to move each boat is an important part of the solution.
- As you work through the puzzle, pay attention to the varying wave heights and how they affect possible routes through the water. The most direct path is not always the best one.
- Start with the beginner challenges to learn the movement rules, then gradually work your way toward the more advanced rescues. The puzzles become increasingly complex, requiring greater planning and careful decision-making.
- If a solution isn't coming together, try resetting the challenge and approaching it from a different angle. Often, a small change early in the rescue leads to an entirely different outcome.
- One or two challenges each week provide a steady dose of logic practice.

My son and I did a unit study on the Titanic and wrapped it up with this game. It is a very fun, strategy game that is designed for one person but you can kind of modify it for two people. We really enjoyed it!

We are big Smart Game fans here, but I have one of my five kids—a 10 year old—who doesn’t really get into them. I guess it took the right title/subject or whatever, because when he saw this was a Titanic related game involving the lifeboats and rescue, he actually sat down and enjoyed it! the card goes “underneath” the waves and must be placed before you solve that level’s particular puzzle. All of my kiddos enjoyed playing, but I am really happy the title/subject material helped to bring in my reluctant logic game kiddo. He’s played it several times since receiving it and still is enjoying! He also likes pretend play with it, making up his own rescue scenes. Glad I purchased it!

I partly picked this game as a substitute because I thought it looked fun. 🤣 We love smart games and when it came it was one of the first we took out to play. My kids love it and it's one of their favorites to pull out. Glad I chose this one!

I took a chance on this one. My son isn't quite to the point where he does 1-player games yet. Walk the Dog was a failed lesson. However, he was interested in this game when we opened our box today. He played it right away. AND it allows room for imagination and story telling. I like when he can play with pieces and they lend to other ideas and flex with his imagination. Some context: I bought this for my 3rd grader in place of some of the other 1-layer games they offered in that kit. Even though this is available in the 4th grade kit. Glad I did!
