The Puzzleball Globe transforms a traditional jigsaw puzzle into a three-dimensional geography challenge. Using 180 curved plastic pieces, children assemble a freestanding globe that snaps together without glue or additional tools.
As players search for the correct pieces and connect countries, continents, oceans, landmarks, and animals, they naturally become more familiar with world geography. Repeated exposure helps reinforce location awareness while encouraging careful observation and visual-spatial reasoning.
The globe offers three ways to play. Beginners can use the numbers printed on the backs of the pieces as a guide. Intermediate puzzlers can rely on the illustrated world map. For the greatest challenge, advanced builders can assemble the globe without using either aid.
Once complete, the finished globe can be displayed on the included stand or taken apart and rebuilt again for additional practice and enjoyment.

How to Use The Puzzleball Globe
- Start with the numbered side of the pieces. The numbers provide a helpful guide for first-time builders and make assembling the globe more approachable.
- Once your child is comfortable with the process, try building the globe using only a world map for reference. This encourages closer attention to countries, continents, oceans, and landmarks while strengthening geography skills.
- For the greatest challenge, set aside both the numbers and the map and assemble the globe by observation alone. This advanced approach relies on visual clues, geographic knowledge, and careful problem-solving.
- As the globe takes shape, encourage your child to notice where countries are located, identify continents, and talk about the animals and landmarks illustrated on the puzzle. These simple conversations help turn puzzle time into meaningful geography practice.
- Rebuild the globe periodically using a different level of support each time. The repeated experience strengthens familiarity with world geography while providing a fresh challenge with every build.

The Puzzleball Globe was completed before the first day of school. My son was pretty excited to try it. This was his first experience with a 3D puzzle. He needed a bit of help understanding how the pieces worked, but I think he will be able to build it himself next time. He also needed a little support at the very end, as placing the last pieces in a globe is tricky. He was quite proud of his accomplishment! I am sure this is one he will build over and over.

I’ve been eyeing up this puzzleball globe for a while, and finally decided to order it. It is much sturdier than I thought it would be. The pieces are thicker than I imagined too. It looks like it will stay put together well. The pictures add a nice aesthetic touch.
