2026 Fourth-Grade Curriculum Kit
Division is much easier to understand when students can see how it connects to the math they already know. Math-U-See Delta builds on a strong foundation in multiplication to help students develop confidence and mastery in division.
In Delta, your child will learn single-digit and multi-digit division, including problems with remainders. Through visual models, place-value strategies, and hands-on learning, students discover the relationship between multiplication and division while developing a deeper understanding of both operations.
Additional topics include problem-solving with all four operations, introductory fraction concepts, Roman numerals, angles, geometric shapes, area, volume, money, and real-world applications. These lessons help students apply division skills in meaningful contexts while expanding their overall understanding of mathematics.
Like all Math-U-See levels, Delta follows a mastery-based approach, introducing one concept at a time and emphasizing understanding before moving on. Video instruction, visual demonstrations, and incremental practice help students build both confidence and accuracy as they progress.
Instructional videos and teacher resources are accessed through Math-U-See's Essential Plan. Each subscription includes 2 course credits, supports up to 5 student seats, and provides access to activated levels for one year.
Designed for students who have mastered multiplication, Math-U-See Delta provides a strong foundation in division while preparing learners for fractions, decimals, and more advanced mathematical concepts in future levels.

Math-U-See has transitioned from lifetime access to a one-year subscription for its digital resources, including instructional videos and the online teacher manual.
This new subscription provides digital access for two levels and up to five students. Depending on your family’s needs, this may offer more flexibility than the previous level-by-level lifetime access model.
One of the strengths of this plan is its flexibility. Your students are not locked into a single level. If a student finishes a level early or needs to go back and review an earlier one, you can swap a course credit to a different level right from your dashboard, up to once every 30 days. Because the plan includes two credits, a family with two students in different levels can often cover both with one subscription. When a student is ready to move up, you simply purchase the physical materials for the next level and swap the credit. As long as your subscription is active, there is no new subscription to buy to keep going.

I still really love this curriculum. We’ve been using it for both kids since kindergarten. The videos are really helpful and my kids enjoy watching them. The instructor does a really good job explaining each concept clearly. The workbook is great because there are a few worksheets that focus on the new topic being learned, then a few worksheets that are a mix of review questions which help with retention. I highly recommend this curriculum!

No DVD or Instructors Manual

I love Math-U-See for my son. But, when I bought the Delta level in April of 2025, it did not come with an instructor's manual hardback copy nor the lesson videos on DVD... as it had come with every single year until now. There was no clear warning about this change and no option to opt out of digital material. I am going to be honest here, in my busy life, I will never look at a digital instructors manual, so you should just refund me the money for it. But a book sitting in front of me will be read every single week while I monitor the students working on assignments. Now, as for the digital videos, I do not want my son on the internet or on my computer... so now my son has no access to watch his lessons each week and since we don't have a hard copy of an instructors manual, I cannot give him that to learn his lessons either. My son was perfectly capable of putting a DVD in the player and watching his lessons just fine. I want to continue to do that, so I found another website still had the DVDs available and I bought the next four levels. By high school I think my son will be mature enough to use the internet to watch lessons.

We have been using Math-U-See for 6 years now and we love it! It is so easy to implement and we love learning from Mr. Demme! My kids are at the point that they are self sufficient, and it is a really easy program for them to follow. I still check their work, but they could easily do that on their own. We love this program!
