This program is designed for the child who is ready to learn to read this year. Of course, most kindergartners are eager hands-on learners too, so we've included the very best hands-on tools available to be sure you both enjoy this year! With creative art, systematic thinking skills, robust STEM construction, and astonishing science experiments, this year will be a year packed with happy memories for both of you!
We asked parents who used our Kindergarten Kit how long their student spent on "school." They estimated that they spent an average of 1-3 hours a day on their kit, on 4-5 days a week. You’ll be able to plan yours to work best for you with your access to the online Timberdoodle Scheduler, included with your kit. Make sure you allow yourself and your child some time to find your own rhythm!

The recommendations on how to use the curriculum coupled with scheduling. Eased my anxieties.
This our first year homeschooling and I’m excited to use this curriculum. I liked that the kit included a variety of materials and was very hands on.
I find I don't reference the actual handbook anymore but it was a great intro and made everything more manageable during the unboxing
This is my first time homeschooling and I was intimidated by all the information out there. This kit included the great options and made decision making easy. I swapped out a few things and removed a few and it was all simple. My son loves everything in the kit. In 4 weeks he's gone from pre-reader to sounding out most words and is adding and subtracting. I also love that there's a science workbook because he loves science but it's hard to find instructional material that young.
We started with Pre-K in a formal school and didn't have a positive experience so we turned to Timberdoodle and just received our Kindergarten kit and love all the many hands on tools and games. This is perfect for this age of hands on learning and the various is wonderful. My son helped us go through the box and set up his new desk space and is super excited to play and learn with all the new activities! There is plenty of content and guidance for us parents! Love it and we're all very excited to start our homeschooling journey.
